改进施工工法,地铁1号线建设探索创新

截止目前,地铁1号线南段各站点主体接近尾声,附属工程陆续开展,在前期组织主体结构施工阶段,青岛地铁地质特殊性(地下为硬质岩层),大部分工点开挖支护均涉及爆破施工作业,在爆破施工时,站点周边居民对爆破作业知识掌握少,存在爆破施工影响房屋结构安全的顾虑。

青岛地铁1号线南段站点在组织附属工程基坑及剩余区间开挖支护时,改进施工工法,开挖方式以机械破碎取代常规爆破,既化解地铁周边居民对爆破作业顾虑,还提升了现场作业连续性和施工效率,此时探索创新为线路后续建设提供了良好的借鉴。
